8 oz. elbow macaroni
4 Tbs. butter
4 Tbs. flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
2 c. good quality sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded)
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Follow directions on pkg. of macaroni. Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour mixed w/ salt, pepper & dry mustard. Blend well w/ a whisk. Gradually stir in milk. Stir until thick & smooth. Remove from heat. In large bowl mix macaroni w/ cheese & combine w/ sauce. Pour into buttered baking dish, sprinkle w/ bread crumbs & paprika. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
