4 1/2 c. Kellogg's Original All Bran (not flakes)
1 1/3 c. boiling water
3 c. buttermilk
4 eggs
3/4 c. canola oil
3 3/4 c. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Combine & stir well the All Bran & boiling water. Let stand. In another bowl, combine buttermilk, eggs & oil, then add sugar, flour, baking soda & salt. Combine All Bran mixture w/ liquid ingredients. Add flour mixture & stir just until flour is incorporated (Do not overmix) Bake in greased muffin tins for 18-20 min.

This is the best bran muffin recipe. I don't know if I got it off of the cereal box or from my mom, but it is wonderful and makes lots of delicious muffins.
