1 lb. link sausage (Opa's beef is good)
1 cup cooked salad shrimp
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 lg. tomato cubed
chopped veggies of choice(squash, zucchini, broccoli, etc)
1/2 tsp. thyme
3 tsp. Creole seasoning
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausage into bite size pieces and boil for about 5 minutes. Drain. Add remaining ingredients, except rice, and cook until veggies are tender. Add rice and cook 5 more minutes.
