1 cup brewed coffee 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce 1/2 cup soy sauce 3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup liquid smoke 1 tbs. course black pepper 1 tbs. cayenne pepper 2 tbs. garlic powder 1 tbs, seasoned salt 3 lbs. deer or beef cut into strips
Mix ingredients and soak meat in refrigerator over night. Drain meat and sprinkle with more black pepper. I use a dehydrator and cook the meat on high for 6 to 9 hrs. depending on the thickness of the meat.
