9 c Chex cereal, any variety
1 bag (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c peanut butter
1/4 c butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in 1 qt microwave container uncovered on High for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal in a bowl, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2 gallon plastic food storage bags--then add powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake until well coated. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
