2 lbs hamburger
1 can Tomatos and Green chilis
1 1/2 c Cracker Crumbs
1 egg
3 tbls minced onion
1 1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but cheese. Shape into loaf and bake at 375 for 1 hour. Top with cheese and return to oven to melt cheese.

Put lid on first half of the cooking time.
