"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
For crust, combine crushed crackers/cookies and cinnamon. Stir in margarine or butter. Press onto bottom and about 2 inches up sides of an 8- or 9-inch springform pan. In a mixer bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Add eggs and yolk all at once, beating on low speed until just combined. Stir in milk. Stir in chocolate. Pour into crust-lined pan. Bake in a 375 oven for 45-50 minutes for the 8-inch pan (35-40 minutes for the 9-inch pan) or until center appears nearly set when shaken. Cool at least 15 minutes. Remove sides of pan. Cool completely, and chill at least 4 hours. Be sure to invite Pam.
