4 medium boneless chicken breast 1 8oz sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 T. poppy seeds 1 C. Peppridge Farm Stuffing 2 T. margarine
Blend together liquid ingredients. Chop chicken into small chunks and add. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Pour into casserole baking dish. Top with stuffing mixed with melted margarine. Bake @350º 35-45 minutes.
