2 c. wild rice ( soak in water overnight)
1/2 c. butter
1 T. salt
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. mushrooms
2 cans consomme
2 cans of water

Directions:
Directions:
Drain water from rice.
In small skillet melt butter then saute onions and mushrooms; add salt and pepper to taste. Put in 2 quart casserole and add the consomme and water. Cover. Bake 350. Stir every 20 minutes. Bake 1 and 1/2 hours.
