1 white cake mix
1/2 C. Flaked coconut
1/2 C. Butter/margarine
1 29 oz. can sliced peaches
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 C. sour cream
1 slightly beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix and coconut. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Lightly press on to bottom and half way up sides of 13x9 baking dish. Bake @ 350 for 10-15 minutes. Arrange peach slices over crust. Combine sugar and cinnamon in small dish. Sprinkle evenly over peaches. Blend sour cream and egg. Pour over all.
Bake in oven again for about 10 minutes or until set. Keep refrigerated, but serve room temp.
