1 sirloin steaks, 3 inch thick
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 garlic cloves
2 cup ketchup
6 T Worcestershire
1 cup butter
2 T lemon juice
1 onion, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in a shallow pan and broil on one side only. Season the browned side with salt, pepper, and garlic. Turn and season the raw side the same way. Cook the ketchup, Worcestershire, butter, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Pour over the raw side of the steak and top with onion slices. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours for medium doneness.
