1 box Duncan Hines orange cake mix
1 3 oz. pkg. orange jello mix
1/3 C. oil
1 1/2 C. Water
2 eggs (room temp.)

Filling:
8 oz. sour cream
12 oz. frozen coconut
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. frozen undiluted orange juice concentrate

Icing:
1 C. filling
12 oz. carton Kool Whip


Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix with box of jello mix. Add oil, water, and eggs; beat well. Bake in three 8" or 9" round cake pans, greased and floured. Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool.
Filling:
Mix sour cream, coconut, sugar and frozen orange juice concentrate. Set aside 1 C. filling. Spread remaining filling between layers.
Icing:
Mix Kool Whip and 1 C. of filling together. Mix well. Spread generously on top and sides of cake. Garnish with orange slices. Refrigerate a day before serving.
