buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle Season All salt, regular salt, pepper on chicken. Roll in flour, dip in buttermilk, roll in flour again and fry at 320 until well done.

Randy's all time favorite as a kid - it had to be served with "yellow rice and white gravy"! Good thing he learned to make it himself...
