3/4 cup AP flour
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup whole almonds, toasted
6 tbsp. butter, cut into chunks
2 tsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients in food processor, using on/off motion. Leave some almonds in small pieces.

Add butter, still using on/off motion. Add enough water for dough to stick together. Press into a tart pan (up sides as well).

Freeze 30 minutes. Bake at 375 until medium golden brown - about 30 minutes. Cool.
