4 to 6 lb brisket
1 bottle liquid smoke
salt
garlic salt
celery salt
2 onions chopped
Worcestershire
3/4 cup barbecue sause

Directions:
Directions:
Pour liquid smoke over whole brisket. Liberally season with salts and cover with chopped onion. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before cooking, pour off liquid smoke and douse with Worcestershire. Cover with foil and bake at 275 F for 5 hours. Uncover, pour the barbecue sauce over and bake 1 more hour.
