1 lb. of ground beef
1 medium onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
12 tortillas, flavor of your choice
1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 C medium chunky salsa
1 C milk
1 (4 oz.) can/drained or fresh diced green chilies

In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onion; drain. Add chili powder; mix well. Sppon1/4 cup beef mixture and 1/4 cup shredded cheese down center of each tortilla. Roll up; arrange burritos in greased 9x13x2-inch baking dish. In a bowl, combine soup, salsa, milk, and chilies; mix well. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until hot. Serve with sour cream, lettuce, tomato, and jalapeños for the extra kick!
