2 onions, diced
Paprika
Season salt
1 brisket of beef
1 coke

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the onions, put in the bottom of a roaster. Sprinkle with paprika and season salt. Place the brisket, fat side up, on top of onions and sprinkle with paprika and season salt on top. Place in a 450 to 500 F oven. Baked uncovered for 1/2 hour. Pour coke over the brisket and reduce oven to 325 F. Cover with foil and bake until fork tender about 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours, depending upon size of brisket. Baste occasionally adding more coke if needed.
