4-6 green peppers 1 lb. hamburger 1 lg. onion 1 tsp. salt pepper 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can tomato sauce 1 c. instant rice
Clean out peppers. Pre-boil in water for 2-3 minutes. Brown hamburger and onion; add remaining ingredients. Fill green peppers. Bake at 350º for 1 hour, or until green pepper is tender enough to poke with a fork.
