1 cup flour
1/4 cup confectioner sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
Mix all ingredients & form a ball of dough
Flatten ball of dough on pizza pan & press to edges
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes

(1) 8 oz package cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
Combine softened cheese and sugar
Spread over cooled crust.

Arrange fresh fruit on top of spread
Choose any fruit you like: Strawberries, bananas, blueberries, pineapple.

1 cup fruit juice (orange or apple)
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. corn starch
Stir together in small saucepan. Slowly bring to a boil and continuously stir. Once glaze thickens, remove from heat and let cool. Once cooled, drizzle over fruit pizza.

Cut pizza into slices and enjoy!
