1 c flour 1 c warm water 1/2 c salt 1 T oil 1 tsp cream of tartar food coloring
Mix all ingredients over medium heat, until mixture pulls away from sides of pan and becomes like play dough consistency. Knead until cool. Keeps 3 months unrefrigerated. Must be stored in an air tight container when not being played with.
