1 c. wild rice (drained well and rinsed)
1- (8 oz.) can of mushrooms (drained)
1 lb. bacon
1 med. yellow onion
2 c. sharp cheddar
2 cans cream of potato
1 qt. half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cooked wild rice, fried bacon, and chopped onion into large pan with all other ingredients. Slowly heat on stove.
