1 Quart Cider Vinegar
1 Pound Brown Sugar (I use a little more)
5 Lemons (juice)
5 Medium Onions
1/2 Cups Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons Hot Pepper
1 Tablespoon Tabasco Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a large cooker.
Cook on low heat for about 2 hours.
Turn on high until it starts to boil, then turn to simmer.
When done, put in 1 tablespoon of vanilla.
