1 tube pizza crust
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. minced fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried/divided
2-3 plum tomatoes, chopped
1 small red onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Unroll pizza crust on a greased baking sheet. Combine garlic, rosemary, oil & salt. Spread over crust. Top w/ tomatoes & onion; sprinkle remaining rosemary over the top. Bake @ 425 for 12-15 minutes. Cut into squares and serve immediately.

This makes a fun appetizer. I've added mozzarella and made it more like a bruschetta.
