4 lbs. cooked & cubed chicken breasts
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 pkgs. Uncle Ben's Wild & White Rice
cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken slowly, then cut chicken into good sized chunks. Saute onions, celery & mushrooms in 1/4 c. butter. Cook rice as directed (use broth instead of water). Mix all ingredients in lg. bowl. Put in a large casserole. Top with cashews. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
