1 lemon cake mix 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 2 C milk 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 lg can crushed pineapple 1 lg container Cool Whip shredded coconut
Prepare cake mix as directed and bake in a 17 x 11 x 1 inch pan for 20 minutes. Cream the cheese. Add milk, pudding and drained pineapple; mix. Spread on top of cooled cake. Spread Cool Whip on top of cheese mixture. Sprinkle the shredded coconut on top of the Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
