1 C diced, cooked chicken (can use canned chicken)
1 1/2 C diced celery
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent (optional)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 C chopped pecans (optional)
1 1/2 C mayonnaise
1/2 C grated cheddar cheese
1 C finely crushed potato chips
1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, celery, onion, salt, pepper, Accent, lemon juice, chopped pecans and mayonnaise. Refrigerate overnight. Place chilled chicken mixture in unbaked pie shell; cover with cheese, then potato chips. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
