1 Head Lettuce
1 Bag Spinach
4 Red Apples (small pieces)
1 Package Craisins
1 Can Cashews
Swiss Cheese Cubed (optional)


3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 t. Onion
1 t. Dry Mustard
1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 T. Poppy Seeds
1 t. Salt
1 Cup Oil

Pour dressing on the salad right before serving
