2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cream
3/4 c. milk
pinch of salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a sauce pan and stir until mixture boils. Cook to soft ball stage (240º on candy thermometer) stirring occasionally. Set pan in cold water add 2 tbsp. of butter. When cool beat until stiff enough to hold spoon. Add 1 cup coconut and drop from tablespoon on wax paper. When cool store at room temperature.
