4 med. baking potatoes
3 T. butter or margarine
Salt & pepper
Chopped parsley
1/2 C grated cheddar cheese
1/2 C cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes as for French fries. Place in aluminum foil on cookie sheet or in shallow pan. Cot with butter, sprinkle with salt, pepper, parsley and cheese and pour cream over all. Bring edges of foil up to cover potatoes, seal edges to make a lightly closed package, but don't press. Bake at 425 for 40-50 minutes until tender.
May be baked in covered casserole dish without foil.
