3 c cooked, drained squash
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c sour cream
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except onions) and pour into greased, shallow casserole dish. Bake 35 minutes or until set. After 20 minutes of cooking time add onions as topping. Return and cook additional 15 minutes.
