1 1/2 lb stew meet cooked until tender
3 large potatoes
2 large carrrots
1 small onion
1 quart canned tomatoes
1 1/2 cup water
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, cook until potatoes and carrots are soft. In separate pan cook 2 tablespoons of oil and 1/2 cup flour until dark brown (without burning). Add to stew mix.

I have also added a can of mushroom soup to the flour mixture.
