Large crown of broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c cheddar cheese
1/4 c milk
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 large beaten egg
1/3 c bread crumbs
2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Steam the broccoli in the microwave until halfway cooked. drain. Place in greased casserole dish. Combine 1 can mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, milk, mayonnaise and egg. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle break crumbs over the top and melted butter over the crumbs. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until bubbly.
