1 box lemon cake mix
1 T. salad oil
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
1 T. lemon juice
1 c. 7-up

Frosting:
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. cold milk
1 sm. (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake mix according to box directions, adding salad oil. Bake in a 9x13 pan. Remove from oven and prick all over with a fork. In a large mixing bowl, combine lemon jello and boiling water. Cool slightly. Add lemon juice and 7-up. Immediately, pour over cake. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Combine vanilla pudding and milk and beat until thick. Combine with cool whip and frost cake. Keep cake refrigerated.
