2 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco OR 1/2 lb. butter
2 very ripe bananas
1 c. sugar OR 1/2 c. honey
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. almonds (chopped)
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream sugar, Crisco, and eggs. Add vanilla and almond. Sift dry ingredients and add slowly. Add milk and nuts. Grease and flour pan and pour batter in. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out dry.

I find it strange that bananas always seem to get overripe in multiples of 2.
