12 eggs
3/4 C. milk
3/4 C. heavy vream
4 1/2 T. mayonnaise
1 1/2 T. flour
1 C. ham, chopped
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Blend eggs, milk, cream, mayonnaise and flour. Add ham, cheese and onions. Pour into prepared dish. Bake uncovered in a 325 preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
*Other breakfast meats can be used in the place of ham like bacon, sausage etc.
