2 eggs
2/3 C. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 C. sugar
2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with a fork until blended. Stir in oil and vanilla. Blend in sugar until mixture thickens. Add dry ingredients sifted together. Drop by teaspoon about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Stamp with a damp cloth over a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake in 350 oven.
*Variation: To make Chocolate Stir & Drop Cookies substitute 2 T cocoa for 2 T flour. Omit Cinnamon
