8 oz. lasagna noodles
1 T. oil
1 10oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach or broccoli (thawed and drained)
1 bunch green onions (chopped)
16 oz. ricotta cheese
1/4 c. grated parmesan
1/2 t. salt
1 egg
32 oz. Italian spaghetti sauce
4 oz. mozzarella (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Cook lasagna noodles. Heat oil in pan and saute onion and spinach/broccoli until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in ricotta, parmesan, salt and egg. Spread cheese mixture on each noodle. In 12 X 8 dish, spread half sauce on bottom, then roll up noodles, place in sauce. Pour remaining sauce on top. Bake approximately 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top, cover with foil and bake 15 more minutes.
