2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. soda
1/4 t. salt
4 eggs
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 recipe cream cheese frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Stir dry ingredients together. Beat together eggs, pumpkin, sugar, and oil. Add flour mixture. Beat until well mixed. Stir in chopped pecans. Bake for 25-30 minutes. For the cream cheese frosting, beat together 3 oz. softened cream cheese and 1/4 c. softened butter. Add 1 t. vanilla and beat until fluffy. Gradually add 2 c. sifted powdered sugar and beat until smooth. After bars have cooled frost and serve.
