8-10 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 6 - 8 medium slices of ham (1-2 cups) 1 medium onion, diced salt and pepper to taste 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
Layer ingredients in crock pot. Pour soup mixture over top. Add a little more milk. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
