4/6 large green peppers
1 1/2 lb. of ground beef
3 c.of white rice
32 oz. of spaghetti sauce
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and rinse peppers, let dry
Mix ground beef , salts & pepper to taste with cooked rice. Stuff meat & rice mixture into peppers. Smother with spag. sauce peppers should be completely covered.
Cook for about 4/5 hrs. 325 in oven or high in crock pot.

Serve with homefry potatoes
Tip:If you make peppers at an earlier date and then freeze it will cut down the cook time by about 1 1/2 hours.
