2 T. dry mustard
1 T. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 pint whippping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook in double boiler until thickened. Cool in refrigerator. Beat 1/2 pint (1 c.) whipping cream.
Fold into cooled mustard mixture.
