3 c. self-rising flour (sifted) ***
1/4 c. sugar
1 (12 oz) can beer
1/2 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Mix dry ingredients and beer.
Pour into a greased loaf pan
Pour melted butter over mixture
Bake 1 hour, remove from pan and cool for at least 15 minutes.

**If you don't want to sift the flour, use a spoon to spoon the flour into the 1 c. mixture.***

***Instead of self-rising flour, you may substitute with 3 c. all purpose flour, 3 t. baking powder and 1 1/2 t. salt***
