15-oz. garbanzo beans, drained, liquid reserved
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. creamy peanut butter
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine garbanzo beans, garlic, peanut butter, cumin, lemon juice, salt and olive oil in a food processor. Blend on low speed, gradually adding reserved garbanzo liquid, until desired consistency is achieved.

If you don't have a food processor, try using a blender. Serve with warm slices of whole wheat tortillas or pita bread. Refrigerate any leftovers.
