1 ½ c. dry rice (not instant rice) 20 oz. can crushed pineapple 1 pt. heavy whipping cream powdered sugar 10 Maraschino cherries, cut in half
Cook rice according to package. Rinse in cooled water and drain. Drain crushed pineapple. Whip whipping cream and sweeten with powdered sugar to taste. Combine rice and pineapple, cherries and whipping cream.
