1 head cabbage
1 Napa cabbage
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, crushed but no seasoning packet
2-3 green top onions
- c. Sesame seeds
Slivered almonds
c. butter

Dressing:
c. oil
2 T. soy sauce
c. sugar
c. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the crushed Ramen noodles with sesame seeds and slivered almonds in butter for 15 minutes, or until browned. Remove from heat and set to side. (This can be made well ahead of the salad or placed in a baggy for assembly away from home.) Chop cabbage, Napa and green onions; place in large bowl.
Mix dressing thoroughly. Right before serving, toss in the noodle mixture and dressing.
