*1 cup self-raising flour
*2 tbsp Cadbury Baking cocoa
*1/4 cup caster sugar
*60gr butter-melted
*1/2 cup milk
*1/4 cup brown sugar
*extra 1 tbsp Cadbury Baking cocoa
*1 1/4 cups hot water
*icing sugar for dusting

Preheat oven to 180 and grease a large oven-proof dish.
Pudding mix--Add flour, caster sugar and cocoa in a large bowl. Fold through milk and butter and mix well with a spoon not electric beaters. Spoon into the oven-proof dish. Chocolate sauce mix--combine brown sugar, cocoa and hot water and mix well. Pour over the batter mixture and bake in the oven for 30 mins. Check if ready and leave a further 5 mins if needed. Remove from oven and sprinkle with icing mixture. Serve with custard.

This is an all-time family favourite. We cannot have a gathering or special occasion without it- it even leaves Christmas Pudding and Birthday Cake for dead in our house. When I make it especially for a large group, I always triple the recipe. But you will know what suits you best. And remember to get it fast, otherwise you will miss out as there is never any left over...
