1 box Progresso Italian style Bread Crumbs 1 lb. cleaned crab meat 1 small onion 1/2 stalk celery butter 3 eggs garlic ground red pepper shrimp boil
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Remove from heat and cool. Mix together bread crumbs, crab meat, onion/celery mixture and eggs. Add garlic and red pepper to taste. Add just a little shrimp boil. (not too much!) Roll into balls and put a pat of butter on top. Bake at 400º for 15-20 minutes.
