250g block of cream cheese
185g can of tuna in brine
2 tbsp whole egg mayonnaise
1 medium onion - finely diced
pepper to taste (optional)
cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into bowls and beat together either by hand or with electric beater. Once well mixed, add pepper if desired and mix in.

Place in dipping bowl and sprinkle with cayenne pepper for garnish.

Serve with crackers and vegetable pieces.
