3 lbs. yellow squash, sliced
1/2 onion diced
salt and pepper
1- 8 oz box Philadelphia Cream Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash in a little water until tender. Drain. Salt and pepper to taste.

In another pot, melt butter and cream cheese.

Stir everything into a casserole dish, covering squash with cheese/butter mixture.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
