6 to 8 Chicken Breasts
8 oz. julienne cut carrots
8 oz. mushrooms sliced thin
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 pkg. dry Italian Salad Dressing mix
1 onion finely chopped
1 cup Sour Cream
2 Tbls. Corn Starch
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in bottom of crock pot, (thaw if frozen). Place the carrots & mushrooms on top of chicken. Mix together well the soup, chopped onion, Italian dressing, & pour over the chicken and vegetables. Cook on high about 4 hours, then take the chicken out & slice it thin. (Be sure chicken is done before slicing it. Return to crock pot and cook on low for about 4 - 5 more hours.

1/2 hour before serving, mix the corn starch in the sour cream then mix it in the crock pot. Serve over rice.
